88.3% of customers satisfied: the role of accessible consumption data

Published on 4 June 2026, Enedis's review links rising satisfaction to clearer consumption data and remote operations.

In 2025, 88.3% of customers reported being satisfied with Enedis, an improvement on 2024 when the figure stood at 87.5%, according to the review published on 4 June 2026.

This change is based in particular on the development of digital services and on access to clearer consumption data through customer portals.

Listening is a central lever of this improvement: more than 5 million surveys were sent out in 2025 in order to better understand needs and adapt services.

The trend translates into a 7% fall in the volume of complaints in 2025 compared with 2024. Where a complaint is made, 98% are handled within fifteen days.

These results also rest on the contribution of the Linky meter, which improves responsiveness and makes it possible to carry out a large share of operations remotely.

Access to consumption data is the starting point of any energy management approach: without fine-grained measurement, neither bill control nor the monetisation of flexibility is possible.
