On 20 February 2026, Enedis published the 2025 report of its mission committee, the body responsible for assessing the delivery of the objectives the company has set itself under its purpose statement.
This purpose statement puts at the forefront an innovative, high-performing and inclusive public electricity distribution service, with the ambition of connecting society to the collective challenge of a sustainable world.
The mission committee examines the commitments made in relation to energy access, quality of supply, support for local areas and the reduction of the environmental footprint of the operator's activities.
The exercise has concrete significance for a grid operator: it makes publicly comparable, from one year to the next, indicators — outage times, connection lead times, volumes of renewables integrated — that shape the service delivered to local areas.
For businesses connected to the grid, these indicators provide benchmarks that can be used directly in assessing supply risk.
