PACTE Industrie: training energy managers and structuring investment trajectories
Signed on 2 March 2026 with twelve partners, the charter strengthens the roll-out of the industrial decarbonisation programme.
On 2 March 2026, ADEME and ATEE, the technical energy and environment association, signed a commitment charter with twelve partner organisations, marking a new stage in the PACTE Industrie programme.
Funded through the energy savings certificates scheme, this programme aims to train and support industrial companies in their decarbonisation efforts, by making it easier to move to concrete investment.
The programme covers three areas. Energy management first, with PROREFEI training courses for energy managers and studies of opportunities to change the energy mix, making it possible to identify the relevant solutions.
Decarbonisation strategy next, with training courses and studies based on the ACT methodology to build a trajectory and have it assessed.
Financing the transition finally, with a training course on financing investment projects and coaching schemes.
The programme's logic is sequential: measure and understand a site's energy uses before committing to investment, failing which the expected gains remain theoretical.
